DDue to the nature of digital deliverables (PDF and CAD files), all sales are final. However, to ensure peace of mind for our clients, if you have made an initial payment and AVN Studio fails to assign a dedicated architect or support representative within 24 hours after payment, you are entitled to a 100% refund within 48 hours of your payment.
Once the files have been downloaded or sent via email, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please review the floor plans, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before making your purchase.
For custom plan modifications, the following policy applies:
- If the requested modifications are not completed in accordance with the client’s originally confirmed requirements, AVN Studio will issue a 100% refund.
- If, during the design or revision process, the client changes or adds new requirements beyond the initially agreed scope, and AVN Studio is unable to accommodate these new requests, the payment will be non-refundable.
