Each plan set includes the following:

• Exterior elevations: shows the home on all four sides, calls out exterior finishes, rooflines, window and door locations.                                
• Floor plans: includes interior and exterior dimensions, window/door schedule, wall framing details.                  
• Foundation plan: shows footing, stem wall, and slab placement, including all connection details.                                      
• Floor and roof framing plans show truss/rafter placements, including all beams/connection details.                                                                
• Electrical layout                              
• General notes/details to cover the entirety of the project

Custom Design Adjustments to Meet Your Needs

We want to ensure that you receive a perfect blueprint that reflects your needs accurately. If you want to make any changes to the plan, please contact me via email at [email protected]. Be sure to describe your requirements in detail.

The process for purchasing a House Plan is as follows:

1. Initial Contact: Customers send an email to [email protected] with their modification requests and the house plan code.
2. Confirmation and Discussion: We will confirm the receipt of your request and discuss the modification details with you
3. Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to begin the plan modifications.
4. Completion and Final Payment: After 2-4 days, once the modifications are complete, customers will pay the remaining balance.
