- Floor plans: includes interior and exterior dimensions, window/door schedule, wall framing details.
- Foundation plan: shows footing, stem wall, and slab placement, including all connection details.
- Floor and roof framing plans show truss/rafter placements, including all beams/connection details.
- Electrical layout
- General notes/details to cover the entirety of the project
READY TO BUY
- A full set of construction drawings in digital PDF format emailed to you. Comes with a license to build unlimited number of homes with no re-use fees. PDF copyright release to make modifications (only minor nonstructural recommended); print as many sets as you need.

The process for purchasing a House Plan is as follows:
- Initial Contact: Customers send an email to [email protected] with their modification requests and the house plan code.
- Confirmation and Discussion: We will confirm the receipt of your request and discuss the modification details with you
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to begin the plan modifications.
- Completion and Final Payment: After 2-4 days, once the modifications are complete, customers will pay the remaining balance.
