Each plan set includes the following:
- Exterior elevations: shows the home on all four sides, calls out exterior finishes, rooflines, window and door locations.
- Floor plans: includes interior and exterior dimensions, window/door schedule, wall framing details.
- Foundation plan: shows footing, stem wall, and slab placement, including all connection details.
- Floor and roof framing plans show truss/rafter placements, including all beams/connection details.
- Electrical layout
- General notes/details to cover the entirety of the project
Customer-Oriented Payment Process for Your House Plan
We want to ensure that you receive a perfect blueprint that reflects your needs accurately. Therefore, before making a purchase, please contact us via email at [email protected].
The process for purchasing a House Plan is as follows:
- Send us an email with the code of the blueprint you are interested in.
- We only require a 50% upfront payment for the House Plan. Afterward, we will send you the blueprint containing the basic dimensions of the floors.
- Upon receiving the blueprint, please review it carefully and confirm to us that the functional layout is entirely suitable. If you need adjustments, please provide detailed notes on the requested edits. The first round of edits is complimentary. Subsequent edit requests will incur a $50 fee.
- Once the edits are completed to your satisfaction, you will need to make the remaining 50% payment. We will then deliver the entire blueprint package to you via email.
